Anthony is the founder of Clay Bridges, bringing over 13 years of experience in renewable energy and corporate sustainability. Raised in Huntington Station, NY, he learned the values of hard work, empathy, and kindness while woodworking with his grandfather. He holds a Bachelor's degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and studied abroad at the Technical University of Denmark.

Known in the industry as “AJ”, he began his career in offshore wind at Siemens Gamesa, managing turbine delivery for the 573 MW Race Bank project. He then spent two years as an international consultant, supporting permitting, contracting, and construction across the U.S. and abroad.

In 2020, AJ joined Attentive Energy as their supply chain development specialist, where he spearheaded economic strategies in NY and NJ. His work led to $27.4M in proposed programs supporting small, minority, women, service-disabled, and veteran-owned businesses—an experience that inspired his transition to consulting.

AJ is passionate about sustainable economic development and excels at navigating complex supply chains while building inclusive business networks. Whether managing clean energy projects or advising on global procurement, he brings thoughtful leadership and a collaborative spirit to every challenge.
